Coonamble Aboriginal Health Service is a multidisciplinary organisation with multi businesses and outlets which employ over 90 staff across the West and Far West Region of NSW. All our staff are highly skilled and trained in their own respective field.

CAHS oversees businesses within Coonamble, that being, the local gym, the local funeral service, the Aboriginal Health Clinic, the Dental Clinic, and Administration. In 2020 we were successful in a grant of extension of services and in 2022 opened the Aboriginal Medical Service in Gilgandra. CAHS are also the fund holders for the Dubbo Regional Aboriginal Health Service.

We are proudly Aboriginal Community Controlled with 7 Aboriginal Directors governing the organisation. CAHS also has full clinical and operational accreditation.
